Pours a huge head that disappears quickly. Aroma of fruits, banana, some spices and hops. Medium carbonation. Malty finish with some lingering bitterness. Simply a good blonde.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 24-09-2014.

Very light coloured blond beer which is a bit hazy. There’s almost no yeast left in the bottle. Aroma is mild, not much to recognize. Taste is bitter, not sweet. Grassy, fruity like green apples with a dry finish. Not much taste compared to other blond beers I’ve tried. Medium bodied, with a thin taste.

Blonde légèrement trouble, forte pétillance, beau col crémeux persistant. Amertume houblonnée dominante, légèrement sèche et métallique, notes fruitées en arrière-bouche, trop peu de nuances.

Stubby 330 ml bottle, into a tulip glass at home. ABV 6.5% Deep golden yellow colour, but also sort of pale at the same time, just a tiny bit hazy. Huge snow white head, soapy, with very good retention and heavy lacing left on the glass. Minimal activity in the glass. Aroma is yeasty, with fruity notes and caramel malts. Taste follows the aroma. Yeast, fruits. Nice bitterness. Quite carbonated, medium thin body. Overall, decent belgian ale, nothing extra ordinary though.

I like this one. Full body, first taste is malty, not sweet. Then followed by a little tart. The finale is herbal and bitter. Carbonation is strong. A rich taste in a relatively light beer, according Belgian norms at least.

2011 Vintage. 33 cl. bottle thx! to Kraddel / split. Bright golden, white head. Lemon, bitter spices in the nose, light yeast, grass, light grains, hint booze,… Taste is strong bitter, spices, BE hops still in here, light medicinal, lemon, spicy yeast, some booze, medicinal style, sharp grass, herb. Sharp, high carb body. Not too bad.
