Sep 12, 2006 An amber beer with a thick white head. The aroma is quite light with primary notes of malty and some caramel. The flavor is malty with notes of caramel, wood, spices, and herbs. Very carbonated.

Mar 21, 2006 Nutty-amber color with a medium, foamy and quite tight head. Very mild and neutral aroma of slightly roasted malt. Roasted-caramely-malty, sweetish, quite straightforward but balanced and clean flavor with a hint of alcohol. Medium-bodied, slightly watery palate with medium carbonation. A rounded, clean and caramely amber ale without much character. Easy to drink, easier to forget.

Mar 3, 2006 33cl bottle from Dorstvlegel, Antwerp. Hazy reddy/copper colour with thin white head. Fragrant toffee and boiled sweet. Hops are quite good, but really could be better. Not sure where this beer wants to be.

Feb 21, 2006 (bottle) Hazy amber colour with a big frothy, slightly off-white head. Honeyish sweet and nutty malty aroma with yeasts, coriander and a whiff of hops in the background. Initially sweet malty, toasted taste with oranges; medium to light bodied, lively carbonated; dry malty finish with shy spicy phenols and a light bitterness. Not bad, but rather bland.
