malty well carbonated and some hops apparent in the aroma very nice color and appearance. drank this in brugge the freshness seem to matter compared to samples i had in the states

Port wine deep ruby red/brown with mid-tan large lasting head. Light random lacing on glass. Light fruity nectar, coffee, candy malt and faint barnyard yeast aromas. Medium yeasty bitter body with nicely balanced bitter sweet palate start. Some fruit and malt flavours evident as well. Finish is bordering on harsh bitter otherwise a reasonable Belgian dubble.

Dark-brown color. Hardly any aroma present. Mild double.

dark reddish-brown colour, fine creamy head, very malty, caramel aroma, sweet and quite tart, dry malty finish

Sweet with a touch of nut,chocolate with a almost non-existant aroma

Deep garnet in color, huge beige head and nice lace. Nose is very light, some malt, a hint of nutty sweetness. Very sweet front, the top is light, the finish is highly carbonated, quite acidic, a some hops are noted. Drinkable, but not a ’World Class Dubbel’.

Dark nutbrown. Complex, estery with banana aroma and nice balanced bitterness.
