A lighter dubbel and I do not like it. There’s something off with the texture of this beer.

My missus pecks my head like you wouldn’t believe. Reading in my notes she bought me this one. Cheers love. You’re not all bad : ) Looks like coke (the drink, not the white powder, that’d be weird). Little malts, some chocolate and fruitcake, little spice. A touch thin and could do with something more but is quite drinkable and I did enjoy it.

Darkbrown coloured beer with large diminishing off-white head and lots of carbonation. Malty hoppy aroma. Full bit sparklng palate. Finish is soft malty wiht a slight roasted touch. Ok, but blond is better.

Bottle at home. Slight gusher. Somewhat dark brown color, thick creamy tan head. Aroma of toffee, caramel, bready yeast and licorice. So far so good. Flavor is quite sweet, loads of licorice, salmiak and spices. Heavy malts and huge carbonation. Rich flavor, thick body. Quite a nice brew actually. Edit: It gets worse though, after a couple of sips it started to taste a bit chemical and slightly sour in the wrong way. Few points off...

Bottle. The aroma of chocolate, very malty. The head is beige, small and creamy with a normal duration, the body is dark red. The taste is light malty and alcoholic. The body is light to medium strong, creamy-fizzy with a lively carbonation.
