May 24, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Dark with a fairly decent head. Appears to be filtered, but some sediment is found on the bottom of the bottle. Typical notes of chocolate, dried fruits and perhaps even licorice. Rather dry though with some hops in the finish. Very classical Dubbel. 280695

Jan 13, 2007 33 cL bottle. Pours deep amber red/nutty brown with lasting white head. Seems filtered as it is hard to call it clear due to the deep colour. Slight acidic and malty aroma. Clear malt flavour with caramel notes. Interesting bitterness that makes me shiver. Simple and good!
