Bottled. Deep golden with creamy head. Spicy nose. Nicely malty and well balanced with concentrated, dry hoppy flavour. and a balanced sweet/bitter finish. Wow!

very nice surprise. Aroma is a bit fruity and sweet, some spices, maybe raisins? Anyway, very thick and complex palate, taste is sweet (reminded me of New Glarus) , sticky, yeasty with a bitter finish. Very well made brew

Yellow-golden ale. Fluffy white head with a golden, fizzy body. Very good tripel. Simple but delivered well. OK

Picked this up at the Cafe Belgie in Utrecht (11-1-11). A solid tripel. Medium body, dark brown. Taste of caramel and a bit of honey.

Bottled 0,75L. Creamy and adherent head, optimal persistence. Amber yellow color. Loads and elegant, much bubbly one. Fruity and alcoholic scent. Stum notes, rich rumors of wine cellar and herbaceous. Dry and extremely prickly taste. Determined and alcoholic end with light bitter. Notes of passion fruit, malty, hoppines.

Very pale gold in color with a fluffy, rocky, white head that sustains and laces well. Citric, tart, fruity and dry in the nose with some underlying tropical notes and coconut oil. Nice and soft and all of the aroma components are in the flavor. A paradox of lush vs delicate, approachable, and feminine qualities. A triple with training wheels, but damn good. This is definitely a different kind of triple than the others that are rated so highly since most of the triples in the top ten tend to have a rather high residual sugar and overall, a bigger impact. This seems more sophisticated to me and it definitely hit the spot.

Hazy blond color; served too cold. Pleasant Tripel, quite sweet and not spiced, with a medium body strength and alcohol warmth; correct bitterness. Strangely enough, it has a cork character too. Good but not too exciting.

2002-08-04, bottle, 7-5-8-4-16=40
Pale amber colour, generous creamy head, maintained by a fine perlage. Light malt aroma and coriander. Powerful body, pretty sweet, malty, velvety. Correct palate. It misses some stronger hop character.
