750 ml bottle from BG Birra, served in a pint glass. Very dark brown, looks pitch black in the glass with no light passing through, and an average, creamy moka head, not exactly persistent. Sharp fruity aroma (blueberries, black sour cherries), roasted malts, watered down american coffee, cocoa powder, milk chocolate and some burnt caramel/toffee. Slightly acidic upfront, but then pretty much only sweetness. Silky chocolate milkshake, moderately lactic and roasted. Very mild coffee bitterness in the background, almost imperceptible. Soft carbonation, medium body, slightly oily texture. Smooth, good mouthfeel, not a bad drop.

Ottima milk stout dalla consistenza setosa e il gusto dominato da intense note di caffé e cioccolata. Davvero piacevole da bere!! Prodotto notevole di Endorama.

from Fork&Bottle - black beer under a solid creamy beige foam; aroma of vanilla and chocolate; quite roasted, light acidic, medium-bodied, fresh fruity tones with more chocolate and vanilla; fizzy - pretty subtle and charming

GBBF. Bottle split with Scopey and Leighton. Opaque black beer, tiny tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Rich dark malt with mild roast. A sprinkle of minerals. Subtle fruit in the undertone. Tiny bit of lactose sweetness. Good flavour for it’s low abv.

Scopey (6754) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 8, 2011
Bottle at GBBF 2011 with Ken and Leighton. It pours almost black, with a massive tan head. The nose is toasted sesame seed, filter coffee, roasted malt and chocolate. The taste is caramel, milk chocolate, liquorice, coconut, brown sugar and toasted sesame seed, with a long milk chocolate finish. Medium body, average carbonation and good balance. A flavoursome and tasty milk stout.
