poured a brownish-amber hue with a thin head that did not have much in the way of retention. Aroma was a little citrusy with a little caramel. Flavor had a mild hop bite too it nothing special to the sweet malts. Finish was smooth, an okay beer.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2008 I thought this was a pretty good Pale Ale. Pours a bright copper color with moderate head and lacing. Aroma is hoppy, grassy with some fruitiness. Slightly sweet malt flavor with a nice crisp hoppy bite. Not complex but I was pleasantly surprised.

Hazy amber appearance with a large beige head and good lacing. Herbal, floral hop aroma paired up with grainy, caramel malts. Metallic flavors detract from the bitterness of the hops and the relatively balanced sweet maltiness. Some carbonation issues -- two bottles from the same 6er; one was moderately carbonated and the other was a gusher.

Malt and citrus hops in the nose. Great golden pour with a large firm white head, vanishes, leaving good lacing. Sweet malt, strong slam of grapefruit, bitter finish. Quite nice as an American pale. Still feeling the grapefruit now. And the mouth is full and round. I had expected to pour this one out, like the Glacier. This one I will finish.

ths beer didn’t taste like a pale ale -- more like a lager to me. A good leger, but a bad pale ale.

Pours a very orange amber color with a low head. Aroma is very malty, very floral scent and a slight fruity undertone. Flavor is floral and moves into a sweet malty ending with a lingering bitterness. Overall a good beer.

Pours amber with notes of citrus on the nose. The malt shows up on the palate and the bitterness of the hops round it out to a nice balanced and deep beer.
