Bottle brown, 500 ml, 14 P, non-pasteurized.
Appearance: Pours beautiful, roasted orangy golden to amber, really impressive and crystal clear body in texture, carbonation of the body is quite vivid and natural, head is slightly off-white, initially medium, slowly decreasing to small, foamy to frothy in texture, leaving gentle traces of lacing.
Aroma: Really nice typical aroma od Marzen perfectly fitting its style and that is what I admire most, nice toasted charcater of sweet barley malt background, hoppy profile is pepery, papery, spicy herbal, again distinct notes of toasted selected barley malt, gentle alcoholic background contributing to the nice beer character, all the best you can expect from the Oktoberfest/Marzen style.
Flavour: Nicely toasted character of barley malt, very well spiced up body due to the spicy-herbal noble hop character, very clean display of barley grains and chalk on palate, no sugar, very nice flavour remindinh me some of the best Polish slightly roasted in their malted barley profile European Strong Lagers, though the seasonal malt makes it really extraordinary. Finish duration is moderate to long.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is rather dry to wattery, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is gently astringent, aromatic hoppy in nose, grainy toasty on palate.

Bottle. Pours a slightly dark golden colr with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some bready hints. Fruity malty bready caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

50cl bottle @ Otto, Flensburg. Clear golden color with a little white head which fades slowly. Nose is sweet malty. Caramel, bread and sugar. Ends dry. Watery palate. Drinkable

Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, molasses, berry, vintage malt, nutty and toffee notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081202]

Clear amber with tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt and hints of caramel. Sweet lfavour with malt and caramel notes. Sweet finish.

Courtesy of Fonefan. The color is dark amber and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of malt, candy sugar, caramel and light fruit. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, candy sugar, caramel, light fruit and the finish is slightly dry and spicy.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a diminished light tan head. Light roasted breadish malty aroma. Mild spiced and breadish flavoured with a mild bitterness coming through. Mild roasted finish.
