Bronze to pale auburn colour, small thin tanned head faded fast, clear. Aroma was initially weak, I detected some caramel and brown sugar as it warmed. Tasted caramel, brown sugar and molasses, finish was slightly peppery. Medium body, smooth, slight bite from the carbonation. Overall not the worst, a fairly dark Maerzen which came from a screw top bottle which is probably the most memorable thing about it.

Bottle 50cl, a clear golden beer. Aroma is slightly toasted ans sweet, low hops aromatic, dusty bitterness, very boring on my point of view.

Geruch malzig, Geschmack dann relativ gehaltvoll und süß nach Malz. Insgesamt wenig bitter und kaum Aroma durch Hopfen, aber trotzdem sehr lecker.

Blonde with a dense white head. Nueutral aroma. Tastes like a pilsner, somewhat more bitter and tasteful, also more body. A bit short finish.Moderate.

0,5 l bottle with that awful twist cap. A dark red golden in the glass, medium white head. Malty on the nose. Starts bitter malty on a low level, followed by sweeter hints. Dry grain and hay. Nothing special

At first the brand doesnt look so attractive for me, but It was better than I expected, it is a malty beer with a light smell of caramel, medium body, golden/copper apperiance, pretty nice for a sunny day.

Im Geruch sehr süßlich, etwas nach Getreide. Geschmack ist malzig-trocken-süßlich. Im Nachgeschmack etwas scharf. Süßlich-süffig, leicht herb, sehr kurzer Nachgeschmack.

Flaska. Guldfärgad med ett generöst vitt skum. Vitt bröd, honung, gräs, lime och smör i både doft och smak. Medelstor kropp. Trevlig sötma, svag beska.

A mellow Marzen that while being ultimately forgettable was very refreshing and tasty. I happen to really enjoy Marzen beers and this one was a good example of the style. Crispy, slightly wheaty, but not too thin. Great next to pork and dumplings.
