Courtesy of Fonefan. The color is dark amber and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of malt, candy sugar, caramel and light fruit. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, candy sugar, caramel, light fruit and the finish is slightly dry and spicy.

(screw cap bottle) Clear, deep amber colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet, toast-malty and bready aroma with caramel. Sweet flavour, light to medium body impression with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Pretty slim, sweet-bitter, malt-accented finish with notes of alcohol and caramel in the aftertaste. Rather mediocre but drinkable Märzen.

Bottle. Pale amber colour with an o0ff-white head. Aroma is caramel, malt. Flavour is sweet, caramel, malt, candy sugar, alcohol, hop. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle 50cl. @ [ Ulfborg Tasting ].
Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, molasses, berry, vintage malt, nutty and toffee notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081202]

Det er en mørkt kobberfarvet øl med tæt, stabilt, nikotingult skum. Den er tydeligvis filtreret, men overraskende nok formår den at efterlade kniplingsmønster på glasset. Duften er dog slet ikke noget specielt. Våd malt, lidt halm og meget lidt krydret humle samt lidt metal, er alt hvad den kan byde på. Smagen er sød karamellisk og med et godt skud krydderhumle og lidt alkohol. Eftersmagen er sød og med medium bitterhed, mens alkoholen varmer en smule. Denne øl kan med garanti skylles ned i store mængder til oktoberfest i Das Vaterland. Kroppen er lidt tyndere end forventet, men samtidig er øllen dejlig blød i munden. Kulsyreindholdet medvirker til at øllet trods sin søde karamelsmag opfattes utroligt frisk. Alt i alt en velsmagende og letdrikkelig øl, men ikke særligt udfordrende eller spændende.

(bottle) pours a clear copper colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of peaches and dark fruit, herbal hops, sweet spices, caramel and a hint of milk chocolate. flavour is mostly the same, quite grassy, with notes of caramel, dried fruit and light roasted malts. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Sample 15 cl. Dark amber with a medium off white head. The aroma is sweet malt down notes of caramel and hops. Taste sweet with notes of malt and caramel. slightly dry aftertaste

Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and malt with a fruity note. Sweetish, malty taste enriched by the bitterness of hops. A little watery but definitely ok.

Bottle. Fairly spicy caramel nose. Dark amber, creamy cappucino head. Strawberry, caramel, light on the hops. Medium to light body, somewhat sticky mouthfeel. Not too exiting.

Bottle. Pours a slightly dark golden colr with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some bready hints. Fruity malty bready caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
