Bottle brown, 500 ml, 11.83 P, non-pasteurized.
Appearance: Pours beautiful crystal clear, vividly carbonated, shiny and true golden body, head is slightly off-white, frothy, dense, huge initially and slowly decreasing to medium, very firm and long lasting, giving nice lacing, very impressive as for a Classic german Pilsener mainly due to its nice fat malty body colour what makes it extraordinary as compared to other beers of this style.
Aroma: Generally aroma is quite easily detectable, but very gentle, well defined pure and clean notes of gentle alcohol and yeast at front strenghtened by a vivid carbonation. Immediately after, sharp notes of typical German Pilsener style hops are present, very spicy, papery (like a fresh paper), when you sniff deeper there is a nice touch of pure grains, fresh, slightly chalky and dusty, really inviting to drinking and refeshing.
Flavour: Very soft, gentle and refreshing front, slightly yeasty, gentle alcoholic, gently carbonated ob palate, than very easily experienced moderate spicy-citrusy (lemon, grapefruit) bitterness from quite noble hops creating a really pleasant contrast with gentle background situated malty sweetness, finish duration is moderate.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is dry, carbonation on palate is soft, finish feel is moderately to highly astringent, dry, grainy, floury. fonefan (11313), VestJylland, Denmark

Spicier and caramellier aroma than usually in this style, together with some lemony, floral hops. Smells almost like an american ale, hopped with german cultivars. Bright, dark gold with a white cover that doesn’t last long. Spicey, caramelly malt flavour with nice, floral hops and an almost clean finish. Medium body, medium carbonation, a bit sweetish.
