Bottle. Sweet and malty, light smell of liquor. Small white foamy head, fast and fully diminishing. Orange - yellow body. Moderate bitter, average duration. Medium body, light syrupy texture, flat carbonation. Not so nice one.

Clear golden with a dense off-white head. Clean and malty nose. Medium body with very sweet clean malts. Dry, lightly bitter finish.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration,malty, festbeer alike. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110416]

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly head. Sweet grain and alcohol. A bit of metal.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer topped by a small, white head. Rather weak on the nose, some grains, fruits and a touch of alcohol, but I would like it far more pronounced. The flavor is quite sweet, with pale malts, some bitterness and a pleasant fruityness. Bitter finish. Medium to full body, a bit hard on the carbonation. A decent pale bock, but it lacks a bit on most things except bitterness. 110416
