My Bottom Line:
Lax fruity sugars and citrusy acidity try to work together in this clunky attempt at a Hefeweizen.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the misty blond.
-Carbonation is soft and light, which doesn’t jive with what I like in the style.
-The nose is simplistic for a Weizen, exhibiting few of the notes characteristic of the style.

On tap at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City.

A hazed golden helles with a thin white head. In aroma, light fruity biscuit malt, faint German hops, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes, grassy hops, OK. On tap at Fiebre de Malta.

Bottle, small stable frothy head, very cloudy lightish orange colour, aroma of banana, wheat and some fruitiness, flavour of banana with some bubblegu almond amd a suprisingly strong fruity sourness. Pleasant easy weizen.
