Beutiful muddy color with a fine head, its slightly fruity but too watery and too carbonated.

Flaske hos Ole Anders mai-13: en typisk hefeweizen i aroma og smak for å sitere Sigmund. Godt og lettdrikkelig, særlig om sommeren! Helhetsinntrykket er i den slanke enden av skalaen.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Dalle (1145) - Skørping, DENMARK - MAY 8, 2005
Bottle. Hazy golden-yellow with small head. Has got the typical wheaty-banana-cloves thing going but not as heavily as other examples. A little more hoppy than usual. Soft mouthfeel, low carbonation. Pleasent enough.
3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 dortmunder (961) - Herdecke, GERMANY - OCT 12, 2004
Cloudy orange colour. Fairly big, lacey, bubbly head. Aroma is rotten eggs and disgusting, but the taste is quite okay, standard hefeweizen, but good. Weird that pivo has it the other way round. I can find no rotten vegetable taste, but when I sniff the beer, it´s like a sewage plant. Medium- to full-bodied. As I find the aroma usually not that important, unless you´re breathing in while drinking, this beer is quite okay for me. The stench also disappears after a few minutes.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 raymondwave (931) - FINLAND - SEP 26, 2007
Bottle. Thick foamy head and a lot of hefe, totally opaque dirty yellow/orange. Nice fruity nose, a bit of honey melon and white chocolate. Thick mouthfeel with very nice smooth carb. Full dryish flavor with some bitterness and spiciness. Good.

Bottle brown, 500 ml, 12.24 P, non-pasteurized, non-filtered.
Appearance: Pours very intensively effervescent, strongly saturated and very lively body, texture of the body is opaque, body colour is lemony orange, pale, not see-through, head is initially medium, non-impressive as for Weizen, however still snowy white, dense, compact in structure, slowly decreasing to medium and leaving some gentle lacing.
Aroma: Notes of paprey, cardboard, sccidity and saltyness, some mineral notes, these things are at front so they denote rather not impressively pronounced flavour, nor aroma, later on some yeasty and grainy accents, wheat is of course felt too, kind of milky, notes of whipped cream, dusty.
Flavour: Predominance of dust, paper, cardboard, gentle notes of chalk, some notes of dough, pleasant salty-mineral profile, slightly watery and neutral, really tastes like slightly watered weizen, poor in terms of fruity accents or to give another example in terms of hoppy profile, finish duration is short and unimpressive with no taste off-spins neither in nose nor on palate.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is soft, mild, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is neutral, flat, dull, not interesting, the beer is overally dull and not easy going even if you share it with somebody.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 janubio (280) - SPAIN - JAN 16, 2012
500 ml bottle with rescrewable top. Hazy gloden colour, pours a good head that vanishes too soon, not without leaving a good lace. First thing I smelled was wet earth, oddly for the style. Some spices, the usual banana, clove or coriander are very hidden. In the mouths is dry, I can feel the wet eargh touch but also banana is easy to notice, with some vanilla and citrus. I like it, even being a rare beer for the style.

Bottle 0.5L.
Dark golden, hazy body, with a huge, white, creamy head, mostly lasting with a nice lacing; high density of tiny bubbles.
Moderate-to-heavy yeasty aroma (dough) with notes of lemon, banana and maybe some pear.
Moderate-to-heavy sweet flavour with some acidic note in the aftertaste.
Light-to-medium body with an oily texture; lively carbonation; light astringent feeling in the finish.
3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 detroitsteel (235) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 16, 2007
Berlin Trip beer No.23. Bottle at Aufsturz. Big fluffy head, orange translucent body. I found it to be much sharper than other hefe weizens. Citrus flavours dominate, some spiciness and malt sweetness. No hops. Heavier body than normal. Steve and I agreed on this one: a good beer.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Wacher (129) - Århus C, DENMARK - DEC 2, 2004
Kraftig duft af banan og melon. Standard udseende. En anelse sur, men ellers ikke meget smag. Mild er vist den bedste beskrivelse. Ganske drikbar...
