Aroma: Strong clove, sweet grain/bread, light fruit (banana)
Appearance: Cloudy pale gold with creamy white, long lasting head.
Taste: sweet grain, clove is prominent in the begining, but the banana aftertaste come through later. Crisp, dry.
Palate: Soft, medium light bodied, high carbonation.
Overall: Nice!!!! Another great lawnmower beer. I would overindulge on this one.
500ml bottle, poured, roused.

In its style this is a great beer. Cloudy golden. Bread and mild banana fragrance. Mild sweetness and the palate can be a bit sticky. Pours with a lovely head. This is a great summer lunchtime beer.

Bottle at home. Hazy orange to coppery color with a thick creamy white head. Aroma of banana, clove and soap, together with perfume. Flavor is quite sweet and very fruity with banana and typical hefeweizen yeast, and even some pear and peach. Slightly bitter in the finish. A bit watery to creamy texture and lively carbonation. Very refreshing. I quite like it actually.

500 ml bottle with rescrewable top. Hazy gloden colour, pours a good head that vanishes too soon, not without leaving a good lace. First thing I smelled was wet earth, oddly for the style. Some spices, the usual banana, clove or coriander are very hidden. In the mouths is dry, I can feel the wet eargh touch but also banana is easy to notice, with some vanilla and citrus. I like it, even being a rare beer for the style.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap - typical aroma of banana, apricot and cloves with nice big white head and typical Weizen appearance. Flavor fairly subtle - fruit and spice doesn’t really come out in the taste. A bit too much on the mild side for me. Probably best to avoid unless you’re in the Crailsheim area (which is where I tried it).
