(on tap) Dark brown, white head. Waterish and dull, not quite what one expects from a beerstyle, suppsed to be fresh out of the tank.

Bottle at a restaurant i Heiligenhafen. Very light smell. Sweet malty taste with caramel. Not very dark malty. The colour doesn’t match the taste, it doesn’t have the dark malty aromas you would expect. Food colouring?

sawbuck (440) - Round Lake, Illinois, USA - JUL 3, 2015
aroma of dark fruit, some yeast and some barn scents. Nice orange brown color with a huge tan head that lasts forever. Sweetness up front has hints of bread, plum, and some toffee. Bitterness floats in nicely. Cuts sweetness with balance. Nice carbonation, slightly slick mouth feel. Finish is slightly bitter, calling you back for more. Good beer.

vinivini (708) - BELARUS - MAY 15, 2015
UPDATED: JUL 10, 2015 Brown hazy, tall frothy head, stays, nice laces. The nose is earthy with notes of dried fruit (especially prune) & wine. Medium body. Thin to oily texture. The flavour starts with mild fruity sweetness accompanied later by winy note & balanced hop bitterness. Roasty notes are also present but fairly moderately. In the ending shows the hoppy bitterness more obvious. Oh it’s good.
