Pours a light amber color with a white head. Aroma is malty sweet with some aged malts. Flavor is malty with slight bitter roasted notes.

Poured a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Sweet and malty ith caramel and toasty notes. Light fruit. The flavor was full of malt and moderately sweet. Medium bodied.

Pours a transparent copper orange with a thin-lacing off-white head. Sweet sugary aroma has a floral noble hoppiness and touch of German lager yeast. First sip is of a sweet, somewhat thin, dark sugary body with a hint of smoke toward a more bitter earthy finish. Could use more of a grainy Munich or Vienna malt presence rather than the watery sugary one it has. Otherwise pretty close to style.

"Poured a cloudy amber color with nice fluffy head. Smelled of malts and more hops then i am use to in this style. Rich malty flavor. Well balanced flavor and alcohol. Very well done."
