On tap. It is not what you expect from a weihnachtsbier. A bit a kellerbier type but more sweet an with little character. A quite neutral palate bot in smell and taste. Short aftertaste.

A dark yellow, somewhat cloudy beer with a firm white layer of foam which resembles a weizen. Not much of an aroma, but a nice bitter taste with a slightly sour aftertaste.

Geschmack malzig fruchtig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

A spicier, nuttier version of the Kellerbier with a lemony nose, it has a sort of home-brew roughness to it, yet is complex and very quaffable.

0,5 l bottle with that awful screw top. An unclear amber in the glass, huge head, high carbonated. Low malt and citrus on the nose. Tastes very thin, something of everything but nothing real and clear, because the high carbonation runs all down. Low malt, little bit caramell, citrus. Not good.

Golden and slightly cloudy in the glass, Grainy sweetish nose. The beer starts rough, sharp. Grainy. The mainpart is grainy, slightly sweet, unround. Bitter. On the tongue remains this sharp and unpleasant taste quite long. Grain, sharp bitterness, metallic touch.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, malt, and hops. Sweetish, malty flavour, with bitter notes of hops and, unfortunately, metal. Estery touches. Bitter aftertaste. Not my favourite beer of this kind. Drinkable, though.

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really good, but I dont like that twist off cap. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty, spicy, modest yeasty-dry. Hoppy background. Modest sourish. Finish well balanced. Not bad!

Pours golden yellow with creamy white head. Smells malty-sweet with some fruity yeast notes. Starts with fruity malt notes, paired with lots of sweet yeast and some floral hops. Goes into a yeasty sweet finish with cereals and some bread.
