Bottle: Amber coloured, medium sized "egg-shell" head, quite stable; sweet-malty aroma, a tinge of toasted malt, some herbal (hoppy) notes; sweet flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering, bitter finish, toasted malt also detectable. Not bad, not very impressive. I agree with my esteemed co-rater bierkoning: Not a Pils, but a Märzen !

Aroma of malt, tobacco smoke, stale beer, sweat, sugar and phenols.
Flavour of rocks and fruit. Dry bitterness.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Lightly sweetish, roasted malt aroma. Medium body with a soft and smooth mouthfeel and accents of lightly sweet malt and caramel. Some discreet hops in the finish. 300707

Bottle as "Weltmeisterbier 2006". Fresh pretzel aroma. Clear copper colour. Stable white head. Sweet, peppery flavour. Quite malty in a burnt sugar way.

Bottle at home.
Dark amber with a large white head, some lacings. Aroma moderate malty (acramel) and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter. Light/moderate body, normal carbonated.

Bottle. Amber with off-white mostly lasting head. Arome is somewhat perfumed - apples and malt. Same in the flavor, but here with a little hoppiness. Average finish on the sweet side. Funny and pretty fresh beer.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty aroma. Slightly hoppy. Nice heavy bitter flavor and finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Quite thin and clean, with not a lot happening. Quite plae, with some bready palae malt and light grassyness, finish is a little short.
