bottle, mot Dank nach Bochum! Clear golden colour with a large white head. Malty-hoppy nose. Siolid malty base with lots of herbal aromatic hops that add plenty of character. I liked it.

Bottle 500ml. Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sweet malt, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. (bottle) Almost clear, golden colour with a blond and stable foamy head. Sweet and grainy pale malty aroma with notes of draff and shy herbal hops. Sweet and mildly bitter flavour, almost medium bodied, soft on carbon. Pale malty taste with notes of biscuits and light herbal accents; medium-dry sweet malty finish with a light bitter and herbal hoppy touch. Better than the Engelbräu Helles. 24.XI.09

Bottle, 5.2%. Mild chalky aroma. Clear shiny yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is sourish at first, turning malty and OK dusty. Not past BB date, and not horribly sour, but a little strange, though.
