Bottle 500ml.
Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, molasses, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091114]

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of of malt, straw, and a bit of minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of eggs, straw, malt, and some hops, leading to a dry finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and light malty. Sweet malty flavoured with a good crisp and rather dry hoppy finish. Lasting bitter impression.

Bottle, 4.9%. Clear pale yellow colour. Small stable chalk white head. The flavour is a little watery, medium bitterness. Slightly rough bitterness, but clean. A faint hint of malt in the finish.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Somewhat malty aroma with hints of hops. Sweet malty flavour with metallic and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.

It’s slightly hazy golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of wet, dusty grain and hay, and the slightly sweet flavor has notes of malt, grain, hay and a very, very light touch of butter. The finish is medium dry.

Bottle: Straw golden, thin but lacing white head; sweet (pale-)malty, a bit dusty aroma, a bit alcoholic, with a tinge of hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite fizzy mouthfeel; sweetish malty finish, moderate, distictive bitterness in the aftertaste. Not really bad, but should be better called "Helles"................

(bottle) Pale golden coloured hue with some floaties and a foamy white medium head. Slightly sweet strawy malty aroma with sourdough. Sweet-sour flavour, medium to light body, ok carbonated. Initially light-sweet malty taste with sourdough; dry malty and minimal hop bitter finish. Indeed more a Helles than a Pils.

bottle, Danke pivnizub! Clear pale yellow colour with a large white head. Hoppy nose. Shy malty background, resiny hops with hints of grass and hay and a touch of citrus fruit. Dry and hoppy finish, leaving a lingering dry and hoppy mouthfeel.
