It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of bread, malt and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and lovely notes of bread, flower and malt, and the finish is slightly dry - nice!

500ml bottle. Clear pale yellowish-golden colour with small white head. Light grainy aroma, some hay. Monotonous taste has straw, grain, some bitter hop. Average of average.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours clear yellow with a small off white head and lacings. Straw and grassy notes with some hints of buiscuit. Very dry. Medium bodied.

Bottle: Greenish-golden, not completely clear, smaller - but quite stable - white lacy head; grainy-strawy nose with a light citrussy touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; strawy flavours in the bitter-grainy finish. Really not overwhelming......

Bottle 500ml.
Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sweet malt, mistreated malt and hops like they want the last drop out of it, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate cardboard bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091114]

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Sweet grainy malty aroma with a tinge of citrus, biscuits and diacetyl. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather soft carbonation. Pale malty, slightly grainy taste with delicate herbal hops; moderately dry, malty and slightly hoppy finish. bottle, kindly delivered by pivnizub! Now this is strange. I used to live a mere 56km from the brewery but never managed to go there. Now I’ve received a lot of their beers from pivnizub, who lives 640km from Rettenberg... Thanks a lot! Clear yellow colour with a large white head. Malty nose. Malty with herbal accents and a pleasantly hoppy finish. Quite nice, not boring.

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Somewhat malty aroma with hints of caramel. Sourish flavour with malty and hoppy hints. Sourish dry finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of matl, straw, and a bit of minerals.The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and minerals, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
