330 ml bottle. Pours red-brown with an off-white head and a significant amount of larger particles. The aroma is yeasty and reminds of dough and a little bit of ripe stone fruits. Medium body with lively carbonation and alcoholic finish. The taste is complex. Starting with some sweetness and some bitterness coming towards the finish together with some sourness. Toasted malt - caramel and stone fruits, cassis. Maybe a little to much carbonation but appart from that a very good beer.

Fruity nose. Pours reddish brown with a finger of light head. Taste is some red fruit, but not overly sweet. Some dry, almost woody. Creamy effervescence covers the ABV. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled, 330ml at ’t Monk, Bruges, West Flanders, Belgium. Clouded amber to brown with cream head. There is a sweetish, oily character to this from the off, fruity nose, berries with a light resinous hint. There is a slight plastic hint, but nothing overwhelming. Nice fruity finish. Decent.

Bottle@home. Cellared a year. Pours a dull copper liquid with a beautiful off white, creamy head with persistent lacing. Aroma is mid sweet malty. Amd spicy with honey, caramel, raisins, yeast. Taste of caramel, syrup, ham, herbs and metallic hops. Palate is quite smooth initially with a bitterness throughout. Finishes with a somewhat watery and metallic finish. Lingering hints of orange peel.

Colored as a wheat beer, murky, sediment, white head. Aromatic, honey, alcohol, smoke and herbs. Sweet at first, then bitter, bitter-dry in the finish. Soft carbonation, medium body.
