Bottle from my delabierman. Yeast dominates the aroma, some citrus, some herbal. Also picking up a minor note of orange soda. Malts start to show through in the flavor, some caramel. A hint of bitterness at the finish. Let’s see if they can improve with time.

Bottle bought in Belgium. The beer has got a hazy amber-brown colour with a steady head and smooth body. Aroma of Bellgian yeast and caramel. Taste of Belgian yeast, caramel, malt, flowers and dust. Belgian finish.

bottle - Amber pour with a long lasting light tan head and good lacing. It smells of yeast and caramel. The flavor is sweet with spicy yeast and caramel character. It has fine, lively carbonation. Very good.

Shared 11.2 oz. bottle. Cloudy dark amber brown with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malts, honey, spice. Similar taste, with some yeast and bread. Cloying. Too much sweet malt. Not that great. That said, it was bottled in November of 2013, so this one probably needs a re-rate; I would expect better results.

Aroma:strong honey and malt; Appearance: dark amber; hazy; billowy head that dissipates fairly quickly; Taste: reminiscent of the Apis four we tried; a bit watery; not particularly good; Palate: medium body with long, sweet finish; Overall: forgettable and mildly unpleasant.
