0.33l brown bottle with BBD of 8/10/17 purchased from Beer Lovers bottle shop Vienna. Pour is murky dark amber with a decent stable off-white head and good lacing. Aroma has caramel malts, honey, dried fruits (apricot, peach, orange) and soft spices (a bit of clove, ginger). Taste is medium sweet, mainly malt driven with soft spiciness and no bitterness. Palate is fullish with a creamy texture and soft carbonation making for quite easy drinking. Like a Dubbel - very nice and a worthy addition to the Trappist cannon.

Cloudy amber coppery color, medium sized off-white head. Alcohol, yeast and wine aroma. Lots of dark fruit in taste, some alcohol, honey and heavy sweet. Medium body, soft carbonation. Okay, but little bit too sweet. //bottle at Craft Room

Birra interessante, fresca.

Malts, bit roasted, yeast, fruit, golden/orange with a beautiful and persistant white/yellow head, medium body, law/medium carbonation, light roasted, fruits, light sweetness, alcohol is not completely hidden like in a real belgian ale and maybe is too strong in the aftertaste...afterall trappist is practically a warranty.

330 ml bottle. Pours red-brown with an off-white head and a significant amount of larger particles. The aroma is yeasty and reminds of dough and a little bit of ripe stone fruits. Medium body with lively carbonation and alcoholic finish. The taste is complex. Starting with some sweetness and some bitterness coming towards the finish together with some sourness. Toasted malt - caramel and stone fruits, cassis. Maybe a little to much carbonation but appart from that a very good beer.
