On tap at The Brass Tap for Tampa Bay Beer Week, poured a dark brown color with aromas of light molasses, nuts, caramel , and toffee. Flavors are the same but with an unique afteryaste. Interesting beer overall.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown with a thick white head. Aroma of roasted malt, maple, light coffee grounds, chocolate malt. Flavor of lots of roast, chocolate malt, mocha, and coffee grounds. Very tasty brown ale and the 8% is well hidden. 8/4/8/4/14 (3.8/5)

On tap at Engine 15 Near clear; very dark brown; durable ring; ring lacing. Mildly nutty, a bit too sweet, Medium-light body and carbonation. Lots of caramel malts. A touch of herbal hops. Lasting aftertaste turns mildly bitter.

Really light Imperial Brown, chalky nose like a stout, not as malty or nutty as I would like. Good flavor that ends a little early but is very smooth. Great easy drinker for 8%abv!

Pours dark like a porter or stout. Aroma of sweet malt. Tastes like a sweet coffee infused brown style ale; but actually better if that can be construed.

Pour at CCB. Aroma of nuts, oak and wood. Taste nutty with woody notes, vanilla, malt, little coffee and no hops. Easy beer to not down a couple.

On tap at CCB. Brown pour with an off white head. Nutty aromas. Nutty, earthy notes, with lightly roasted malt back beats. I’m usually a little disappointed with brown ales but this is an exception. Easy drinking with a good mouthfeel and body.

On tap at World of Beer. Delicious dark dark brown with heavy coffee, nuts and chocolate taste. Looks great in a snifter. Easy to drink, very smooth.

Tap at Peles in Jacksonville fl. Flat inky ruby pour. Nose is sweet dessert, dark cherry, cake. Taste is sweeter with mild chili pepper kick. Dense, dessert palate with something like banana split with chocolate syrup. Rich, dense. Not cloying. Nice.

I don?t even want to know the story behind Nut Sack Brown Ale because it is one tasty brown. No aroma to speak of but the color js a nice dark brown. Chocolate flavor with hint of coffee and whiskey shine through the overall rich flavor. Nut sack is something to savor.
