COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A delicious India Pale Ale, complex, full flavoured with a very hoppy nose and the lasting bitterniss that one would expect from a classic English IPA. So when your throat is as dry as a dragon's firebox, slay your thirst with a pint or two.

On draught in Salinas. Uninspired nose of dough malt and caramel. Pours a clear copper with moderate off white head that lingered. Taste is syrup and caramel, with moderate earth. A little bit of wet paper.

Bottle from my friend Tina. Pours copper with a thick off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a medium-bodied sweet pale malt flavor with a nice bitter hoppy finish. Easy to drink.

Pint at Fish Hoppers Monterey. Ok aroma sweet. Some what floral hops. Caramel. Clean golden orange color. Good head And lace. Bitter flavor. Medium body creamy mouthfeel bitter finish. It’s ok. If somewhat lackluster. Flavor best part. Big grapefruit bite. Aroma not so hot too me. Oh well I tried.

Sampled on tap in Carmel. A nice olde style English ale. Big hoppy flavor. A nicely balanced ipa.

Draft at the brewery The IPA pours a clear amber color with a foamy off-white head and lacing. There was citrus on the nose with mild malts. The ale had medium body with soft to average carbonation. There were flavors of caramel with bitter citrus. The finish fills your mouth with the warm bitterness of hops of a good IPA.

[US West Coast Trip 2013] riktigt dålig IPA. Ingen fruktighet, bara beska. Lätt och på gränsen till vattnig.

(Cask): Pours an amber gold with small off white head. Floral hop aroma, somewhat weak taste of citrus and caramel. Fairly average

Not bad, but a bit flat. Could have used a bit more flavour too. Perfectly drinkable though.

Aroma is an earthy hop. Taste is pretty weak hops. Overall just a so-so IPA.

Tap. Light gold pour. Aroma of floral hops. Taste is lemony and a little buttered popcorn. Light body.
