Draft at the Brewery The bartender said this was their most popular beer. The ale pours clear gold with a white head and lacing. The aroma is of toast with a touch of caramel. The taste of peppermint was also noted. The medium body ale had average carbonation. The finish was clean with a dry mouthfeel.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours golden amber with a small off white head. The aroma is toast and berries with a touch of caramel. The flavor is much more potent with some surprising dark lager characteristics. It starts really toasty and dry and then some light berries, caramel and some bitter earthy hop and sulpher. It finishes pretty bitter, dry and sulphery. Mildly frothy mouthfeel.
