Bottle @ Corralejo.
Pours pale greenish golden with a medium, frothy, white head. Fizzy and disappears. Aroma is sweetish green apple, some minerals and light dryness. Medium carbonation, a bit light mouthfeel. Flavour is medium sweet, green apple with a mild, refreshing funkiness. Still nothing special.
