Cask Handpump at the Bar Fringe, Manchester 30/04/2004 Golden coloured hoppy and sweet on the palate with some alcohol present. Some dryness in a lasting malt flavoured finish.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. I had this down as "Gouche", but then again, I wasn’t in good shape, prior to my court case the following day. Typical Enville honey aspect. Thick and sweet in the mouth, slightly cloying, but smooth. Drinkable, but slightly too sweet for me.
