COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - summer.
Brewed primarily for drinking through the summer months this is a traditional Indian style beer brewed using the new Phoenix variety of hop resulting in a very pale and sophisticated beer. A classic flavour from classic ingredients.

Cask, gravity at the bar at Shrewsbury Folk Festival 27.08.10 Pours dark lemon colour with a reasonable clarity, small white rim of bubbles. Shallowness of flavour in the mouth, but there is some citrus and a steady bitterness. Nice enough. . A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

[Cask conditioned] Golden coloured. Surprisingly few hop notes on this brew. It is actually quite malty and bready. Very mild.
