Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with caramel, malt, alcohol, and fruits, leading to a dry alcohol finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Cloudy orange coloured with a medium sized off-white ehad.
Fruity aroma of caramel and spices with notes of exotic fruits.
Fruity flavour of caramel, spices, grass and hops.
Spicy and hoppy finish.

Cloudy amber color; big head. The carbonation is suspiciously too high; the aroma smells a lot of yeast (at least this is a character in some beers); with some hops. The body has a correct strength; the malt has a very spicy and yeasty flavor, therefore the final is quite astringent; the bitterness is high; and luckily there is no trace of the feared infection. A rough Strong Belgian Ale, but sometimes enjoyable.

Bomber from Malt & Vine: Pours dark copper with a 3 finger creamy beige head. Aroma is roast malt and herb/spice. Maybe cocao. Med body. Flavor is grungy/earthy malt with something like mushrooms. Herby. Dry. Bitter. It is different.

flavor is hoppy, flowery, grapefruit and faint exotic fruits, i’d guess some of the fruityness is in fact from yeast. yeasty. nice. complex.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours copper with a decent beige head and a bready toffee aroma. There is a rich caramel malt flavor that start thick and sweet and finishes bitter.

22. Pours a crystal clear bright medium amber with a gigantic surging sudsy mound of creamy mousse that fades to a rocky layer of foam with tons of eggy sedimentary lace. Not a masterpiece visually, but very appealing to look at for sure. Big tangy yeast phenols on the nose, kind of like ripe oranges heated up a little bit and mulled with cloves and spices. Yeah, imagine that--funky yeast business from Epic. Who knew? Everybody. But that’s alright, that’s the man’s thing. Creamy medium body, goes a bit watery in spots. Soft carb. Cinnamon, toast, oranges, and treacle on the mid-palate. Spice gets a little hot and dry on the finish.
