4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a nice copper ale with little carbonation character. Smells strait ginger with lots of yeast and the chamomile sweetens it a bit. Thereís a PixieStik character. I think I like the smell. Tastes of soap and ginger and lemongrass and limes, and lots sour. The ladies around me are starting to dislike it, not me. This is really tasty. Thin with hi carb and a nice puckering finish. I like this beer. They think there is a metallic character, but Iím not catching that.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
From bottle. Light cloudy golden color. Aroma is dominated by chamomile tea. Taste is orange zest, herbal tea, and peppery spice. Spice is a little too much, but nice overall.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bomber. Very lively light gold pour no matter how gently you tilt the bottle. Lots of white head. Nose is interesting. Lots of floral and herbal notes including mint/menthol. Almost like a homeopathic cough medicine. Taste is not much different. Carb level is off the chart which doesn't help. Very dry finish.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle pour. Golden, 1 finger straw head. Aroma dominated by porta-potty. Flavor is somewhat tart, but there is something in the finish that makes me gag. I canít take this. Palate is over carbonated.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber. Pours a hazy yellowish golden color with off-white foam and active carbonation. Ginger and chamomile dominate the aroma along with a bit of citrus rind. The taste starts out aggressively tart and acidic with lots of lemon, ginger and chamomile flavors as well as some yeast and grassy hops notes. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation and a dry, tart finish. This would be my beer of choice to chase off a cold.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught @ Collins Pub, Seattle.
Pours hazy amber-golden color with small head. Aroma of rhubarb, rose hip, belgian yeast, spices and citrus fruits. Flavour of spices, rose hip, rhubarb, lemon and goose berries. Quite interesting sour palate with un-traditional wit flavors. Unique.

0.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
10 oz sample on tap at Collins Pub. The aroma on this is weird... bathroom-like with soapiness and urinal cake. Fruity, and not enjoyable at all. Moderately hazy ruddy copper body with a small, whitish head. Starts woody, lightly tart, and full of urinal cake flavor. Fuck, canít get past the epic urinal cake awfulness of this. HORRIBLE

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 ounce bottle thanks to 5000.
Aroma: lactobacillus funk, sour apple, ginger, herbal, a slight dustiness
Appearance: clear gold with white head
Taste: sour apple, dusty, earthy, herbal, grainy malts
Palate: light and dry, a very refreshing beer
Overall: this is one of my favorite beers, reminds me of a Berliner Weisse, easy drinking, great firm tartness, I will defiantly have this again

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle:   Twas a bright straw until I got to the bottom of the bottle, now its all cloudy and stuff.
Moderate white head, nice lacing.   Wonderful floral nose, very nice.   Reminds me a bit of Cuvee des Fleurs.
A bit spicy on the tongue, floral, peppery, with a bit of barnish funk that is very faint.   Soft on the
tongue, not very bubley, washes away quickly and is very clean.   This would be a great summer sipper, crisp,
clean exit, wanting me to sip more to bring back that flavor when it first hits the tongue.   Feels a little flat,
but I think it actually makes it easier to drink.   A bit of floral lingers, very soft.   Overall I would say
floral, somewhat like a Saison, but has some light corriander and pepper that I sometimes get in Witbiers.
Interesting mix, and one that I would certainly have again.   Nice!
