Belgian-style ale brewed with orange blossoms, chamomile, rose petals, and lavender. The brewery celebrates four yeast of tough work, long hours, and hard lessons. This amber is fermented with an abby yeast strain and brewed with five kinds of flowers (hops are the fifth). Thank you for your support. Brewed just this one time. Cheers!

Bottle:   Spicy nose, almost the point of being like a urinal cake in that its too fragrant and over the top.   Softer on the tongue, but still tons of chamomile and lavender.   That really needs to be toned down.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   A little mineral like on the backside.   Interesting, but way too floral and over the top.   Needs to be toned down.   Otherwise a bit yeasty, with a soft mouthfeel.   Could use some more carbonation too.
