Belgian-style ale brewed with orange blossoms, chamomile, rose petals, and lavender. The brewery celebrates four yeast of tough work, long hours, and hard lessons. Bottle:   Spicy nose, almost the point of being like a urinal cake in that its too fragrant and over the top.   Softer on the tongue, but still tons of chamomile and lavender.   That really needs to be toned down.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   A little mineral like on the backside.   Interesting, but way too floral and over the top.   Needs to be toned down.   Otherwise a bit yeasty, with a soft mouthfeel.   Could use some more carbonation too.

Orange pour some head. looks really fizzy. aroma of herbs lavender sage rosemary rose honey yeast smells like a basily pizza. tastes like briny olivey honey whole wheaty perfume some hop bitter to the finish. savory and sweet at the same time. Highly drinkable for a honey rosemary flavored beer.
