COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by west Coast IPA’s on a trip to San Diego for the World Beer Cup and a part of an IPA showdown with Hallertau Brewery . Only 1000 litres of this insane hop joy have been created. The rumour has started that Epic Armageddon IPA is "the sole reason there is a global hop shortage".

Clear amber/yellowish color. Medium white head with small bubbles. Aroma of tropical fruits, grass, resin, bread, caramel. Fruity taste, caramel, bread. Finishes a little bit dry and bitter. Good balance between malt and hops. I thought this would be hoppier but since it has been shipped all the way from NZ it’s not very fresh.

Tried on tap at Fine Wine Delivery Company. Lovely golden appearance matched with a stunning floral aroma. Balance of citrus hops and bitter mouth feel support the thin texture. Another solid IPA from Epic.

Besk & tropisk! Dricker ur flaska denna gång. Fantastisk IPA detta. Lite gula frukter sådär. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle from New World Hokitika. Color description not possible here, but there’s a medium head. This IPA is strong on aroma hops as are many Epic beers, but this one is the most balanced so far. A bit less aggressive than the Hop Zombie. Dry, bitter finish.

330 ml bottle from Systembolaget Passagen, Stockholm.
Clear, amber body, with a medium, creamy, white head.
Smooth, floral aroma of citrus, lychee, tropical fruits, peach, some berries, biscuit.
Taste follows this, with more bitterness and adds some more pine, a bit grass and more smooth malts.
Medium, quite creamy mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes bitter, quite dry, zesty, a bit sweet malty.

Tasty! Smooth, quaffable and easy to drink. The balance between floral hops and smooth malts is really good! Overall a lovely IPA, with a more balanced character and less hop bite than others.

Draught. Clear amber, thin creamy head. Tight citrusy hops, floral notes. Fesh and sharp. Malty flavor is more grainy/dryish biscuity than caramelly, but it has some creaminess underneath. Hops do shine. Quite strong and soft, ripe fruity hop flavor. Clean bitterness, grapefruity bite, ripe berries afterwards. Balance is amazing. Medium Somewhat like mixing Sculpin IPA and Thornbridge’s Halcyon? Very good.
