tap - Pours black and smells of dark roast malt, chocolate, and especially coffee. Mmm... coffee. It has a big, rich flavor of that same roasted malt, coffee, and chocolate. Sweet and full bodied, itís an excellent beer.

Black color pour with brown head. Aroma is complex with booze, vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. Solid. Flavor follows with creamy chocolate, booze, and notes of vanilla. Coffee not as prominent. Has a slight burn in the finish. Palate is medium body, creamy with a bit more carbonation than I wanted. Glad i tried it but even more happy i only got 1.

Draft at the Roundhouse Amoy Street. Served in a chalice, pitch black with a 1cm coffee brown head. Intense burnt caramel and coffee aromas. Yeasty. Rich and chocolately mouth feel. A little bit metallic on the aftertaste, but otherwise an excellent imperial stout.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a nice large dark brown foamy head with good retention. Aroma of chocolate notes with light vanilla and coffee notes is quite awesome. Taste is also a great mix of creamy chocolate notes with some vanilla and bourbon notes and light floral coffee notes which is well integrated in the mix. Body has nice creamy texture with good carbonation and no real apparent alcohol notes. Super well-balanced with great drinkability.

Draft Extreme Beer Fest 2016. Pitch black, with an oily sheen on top. Aroma is real nice, Strong coffee bean, dark chocolate hints, and moderate roast.

Iím not sure how this would translate into a bottle but the sample in front of me is really nice! Mild roasted malts, charred grain. Chocolate covered coffee bean, with a very oily slick texture. Very mild bourbon character. Fuller/ dense body with a smooth level of carbonation. The sum of all the parts equals, enjoyable.

22oz bottle pour at home. Relase #63 Aroma is dark chocolate, cacao, dark fruits - very good. Pours jet back with a thin head that goes quickly. A hint of coconut at the end. Very well done beer
