Bomber (Release #13). Black syrup pour with a half-inch of cappuccino foam. Strong notes of dark roast coffee, bittersweet chocolate and molasses with some charred oak around the edges. The flavor starts with an aggressive dose of espresso, dark chocolate mocha and Kahlķa along with some vanilla bean and brown sugar. Only a little bit of bourbon in the background. Mouthfeel is naturally thick and syrupy with low carbonation while the alcohol is relatively subtle. Well done dark chocolate coffee bomb.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours black with brownish head. Huge coffee taste. With some chocolate and roasted malt. Reminds me of a cup of black coffee.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Dark body with brown foamy head, quickly fades, not a lot of lacing. The aroma is certainly intense, very very coffee and a touch of cocoa, perhaps a bit too one dimensional but nice. Taste is less coffee than the aroma, rich velvety, sweet with a nice roastiness. Didnít get a lot of bourbon in this, maybe a touch in the aftertaste, but I think the roastiness is stronger than the sweet bourbon element you usually expect. Overall, it tastes great even if it doesnít match expectations.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle shared at the Foothills Sexual Chocolate pre-release party. Fitting name, as itís heavy heavy on the bourbon-dark chocolate blend. A slight pickle sting at the end.

Bottle from Best Damn Beer Shop. Pours dark brown with a rich tan head and a chocolate and treacle aroma. There is a rich smoked chocolate and coffee flavor with a nicely bitter finish. Very tasty.

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is a big beer. Loaded with tons of coffee flavors, bordering on too much, but not quite there. Other flavors of rich dark chocolate, heavy cream, espresso, toasted bread, wood and smooth chocolate liquor. The only problem, and its minor, is that it?s hard to have a full bottle of this. But share with your friends and it?s a tremendous beer.

Bllack and velvety smooth, woody bitternessat first sip. Aroma of burnt toast, smoke and peat. Taste is all roast graikns, not sure if its hops giving its bitter nature. Near perfect.
