bhensonb (8995) - Woodland, California, USA - MAR 6, 2012
Bomber from Brewforia - Release #3. Pours very dark brown with a 1 finger creamy tan head. Aromas of coffee and bourbon/vanilla. Full bodied and more. Flavor is incredible chocolate, with almost espresso, and tag along bourbon/vanilla sweetness. On one level it’s chewing cocoa; on another it’s licking espresso leavings. This is incredibly amazing stuff.

Tmoney99 (8782) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 30, 2011
Draft sample at CBW 2011. Poured black color with a average frothy brown head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted dark chocolate, coffee and alcohol aroma. Medium to heavy dark chocolate malt and coffee flavor with a medium to heavy dark coffee and small alcohol bite finish of long duration. Full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. This is a standout beer.

hopscotch (8215) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - APR 14, 2012
Bottle… Pours black with a small, fizzy, beige head. The bouquet is a swirl of dark chocolate, black tea, coffee beans, vanilla and hint of coconut. Medium to full-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. The flavor is exceptionally chocolaty with burnt, boozy and bitter components as well. Finishes carbonic, bitter, bourbony and red hot. A good effort that could use a lot more time in the cellar. Bottle courtesy of newcigarz!
