Brainless Belgian-Style Golden Ale is has a rich and complex malt flavor balanced with a little bit of spicy noble hops and strong influences of fermentation esters from the Belgian yeast used. Various Belgian like Rock Candies, hops and grains are employed to express variations within the style. Deceivingly drinkable, some liken theses ales to the Devil sneaking up on you, so consume responsibly.

Looks like your average lager. Not very cloudy, which is what Iím used to for Belgian styles. Wheaty banana smell. Nice refreshing taste. Flavors of caramel, banana, bread. First beer from Epic. Not bad. Would for sure try some other styles from them.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy gold pour with white head, aroma brought some sweet orange, lemon, some white fruits in there with a touch of yeast, some banana in there as well, some biscuit and bread. Taste is a mix of bread, biscuit, some nice white grape, pear, hints of earth, slight banana, spice notes, finishing fairly sweet.

A: Hazy Orange Hue, Passes Through No Light, Mild White Head, Good Lacing S: Citrus, Mildly Spicey T: Orange, Corriander, Belgian Sugar, White Pepper M: Decent Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Sweet Overall, the nose disappointed as it seemed neutral but the taste was really good. For a 8.3% ABV beer, it is not boozy at all. It can sneak up on you fast.
