This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

Draft shared on tap at Aces and Ales 2 (Las Vegas, NV). Pours a nice well hazed golden straw hue, a bit darker and well hazed with a frothy whitish head. Sticks around and laces well. A filmy layer. Aromas are some decent peach presence, touches of yeast, bigger white wine and oak presence. Firmer yeast spice hits, a bit fuzzy. Some life. Initial shows some gentle fruit, bread, touches of fruity ester. Touches of pear, peach, and spice. Some fuzzy qualities, spice. A bit fuzzy. Middle is a touch sweeter, touches of fruit, apple, doughy malt and Belgian yeast. Backend shows some dryness, richer oak, vanilla and white wine. A touch of warmth hits. Gentle yeastiness, spice, and oak. Nice. Finish is a bit yeasty, maybe a touch messy overall. Ok. I actually liked raspberry better.

A great ale. First aromas are massive bubblegum and candy. Maybe a hint of peaches. As it sits you very some really funky and almost rotten peach aromas. Quite awesome in my opinion. Peach is subdued on the palate. Still some fruitiness with some nice Belgian triple characteristics. Dry white wine and Oak on the finish. This is truly ’epic’.

Bottle at BBF2013 shared with a few of the other punters. Another strange one this. Aroma is peach and wine. Murky golden colour. Flavour is fruit and alco, wood and yeast. Sparkly texture.

This light gold beer has a very pleasant vanilla peach aroma. It has a malty flavor with a slightly peachy flavor. The sweetness isn't overpowering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Release #3

8/04/2011: Epic Brainless on Peaches Belgian-Style Ale (Brewed with Peach and aged in French Oak Barrels)... Aroma: Smells a bit like peach cobbler. Appearance: Cloudy golden color with a frothy off-white crown. Flavor: Sweet-tart alcoholic peach juice; fruity and spicy Belgian yeastiness; shortbread/shortcake; nice level of residual sweeetness overall nicely balanced with the spiciness, slight tartness, and warming alcohol; short finish leaves the taste buds wanting another sip! Palate: Medium-bodied; slightly tingly and effervescent; smooth finish. Overall: VERY good, well-balanced, complex and refined, peach is there, but not obtuse; I like this beer quite a bit (maybe that’s just he high alcohol talking!).

1 pt. 6 fluid ounce (10.5% Alc./Vol) shared by Tmoney99. Thanks Tom! Rating #244 for this beer.

Boring appearance. Aroma of Belgian spice, Clorox, acetone, mild peaches. Taste is no better: harsh booze & acetone, fruit is marginalized, Tripel base was a poor choice. Not good.

Weird style. Bomber at my place with Taylor and Thomas. Ester and fruit nose. Sharp Belgian fruit taste, sharp lasting finish. Light mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
