COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

Bottle, Release #11. Aroma has notes of belgian yeast, dough, cough drop, ginger, peaches and flowers. Medium deep golden hue with a small white head that mostly diminished and left some lace. Flavor is medium sweet and lightly dry. Palate is full bodied and oily soft. Overall a nice brew that could’ve been better but wasn’t bad. Needs more peaches though.

This is a fun beer to delve into. Everything is in balance and the peach flavour is true and delicious. Certainly not an over the top fruit beer. Can’t wait to try the Cherry version.

Aroma- Nice Belgium yeasts, spices, slight fruity peaches. Appearance- Hazy golden amber with a big fizzy white head. Average lasting head with decent lacing. Flavor- Big tart beginning with a nice spicy balance. Has a nice tart middle, very yeasty. Nice woody finish like a good chardonnay. Slight peach finish.

Release #16.

A: This beer pours a beautifully crystal clear amber body with a strong carbonation presence in the body with lots of bubbles rushing to the thin white head. The lack of a head is really hurting the appearance of this, otherwise it’s perfect.

S: Strong Belgian yeast aroma here giving chalky and banana qualities coming through very strong, there is a very slight hint of peaches, but it quickly yields to the yeast. A bit of spices are coming through as well, either from the hops or yeast and I’m able to discern slight chardonnay notes.

T: Again peaches are not huge here, despite the name. I’m picking up a bright base beer here with lemons and a peppery spice on the intro that lead to a slightly oaked chardonnay mid-taste. The finish hints at alcohol, spices, and a strong dry chardonnay finish. I can pick up a hint of peaches throughout, but really this is a disappointment from the name.

M: Medium bodied with crisp carbonation, very lively on the tongue.

O: This isn’t a bad beer but this is a very misleading beer. I came here expecting a peach beer not a heavily wine flavored beer. Really this beer highlights some spicy hops, a bright oaked chardonnay flavor, and slight Belgian yeast on the finish. Where are my peaches?

22oz bomber poured into a Bruery tulip glass. Pours a hazy golden color with a bubbly head that leaves a hint of lacing. Aroma is peach, oak and some hint of spice. Taste is peach spice, like a peach cobbler, oak and a slight alcohol burn. This almost behaves like a cider but more complex.

Refrigerated 22 oz. brown bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours slightly hazy golden with peach hue and big fluffly bright white head. Little lacing, medium body, well carbonated, and light peach aroma. Taste is light peach, oak, alcohol, and bitter finish. Expected a lot more here.

Pours a hazy gold with a paperthin head. Aroma of brett, funk, tropical fruit. I can't pinpoint peaches. Taste follows with funk, white wine, slightly tart. A little too subtle to the point of where its hard to define the flavor. Not bad just not amazing ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Pours a hazy golden with a clingy white head. Rich ripe peach and yeast aromas. Spritzy peach upfront, but massive heat from alcohol kills the taste. Astringent burning finish. I like plenty of high alcohol brews but in this case the high ABV ruins this beer, which would have been likely been very nice at 6-7%. Other Brainless beers have been much better.
