This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

Bottle. Release 1. Pours a cloudy yellow with frothy off white head. The aroma is strong funk and peach. Thin mouthfeel with light tart peach and oak with nice light dry finish. Easy to drink, very good.

5oz taster at Denver pubroom - golden bright yellow color, clear. Innocuous smell, hard to pin down. Wild taste, tons of flavor, I can taste the white wine, sour a little bit. Oak-y woody flavor is present too. Apt deScription up top. Bonus points for creativity, what a weird beer.

Light taste of peach on the back of the tongue. Light and fast champagne carbonation with an after taste of of the same. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650 ml. release #45, 11.1 % abv. Clear golden with a touch of amber and a head that mostly disappears. Nose of dried light fruit, citrus pollen, honey and spicy yeast. Maybe some toasted oak too. Tastes of honey, tropical bubblegum, white wine, and peach. Long finish of peppery citrus zest, light char and oak brings it all back to the dry side. The peach and oak are subtle at first but quickly become more evident and lend an excellent hand in making this a dangerously drinkable brew. Medium body has a medium-high but mostly smooth carbonation. A small, but pleasant warmth is the only evidence of the big abv.

Shared bomber, poured to snifters, showing a clear, orangey gold color, with a modest layer of white foam that reduced quickly to a ring & film, and left some spots of lacing. The nose was light yeast, a little greenery & weed, a touch of Saaz spiciness, and only light, white peach scent. Taste was somewhat similar notes, with candi sweetness, subtle, vinous quality, moderate spritz to the carbonation, in a medium body. Alcohol was present, but fairly hidden. Not bad, but would’ve appreciated more of the key ingredient.

**Definitely let it warm up. Changes the flavors considerably. Good looking golden color with a thin white foam. Aroma is light malt, the chardonnay is there, some fruity hops and fait peach but you have to look for it. Taste is pleasantly fruity. The wine is noticeable also. The malt comes through along with some hop in the finish. Maybe a little alcohol. Overall outstanding.

Pours a golden yellow color with a very healthy white foam head. Has an aroma of citrus, sweet peach, and honey. Taste is sweet fruit and some bourbon/oak. Has a full body feel and goes down smooth. The sweetness is dangerous, because you can feel the 10+% if you drink this too fast. Has a nice warming sensation in the belly. Another solid effort from Epic.

Bottle shared at Proof. Very faint and light aroma of canned peaches, yeast, citrus with light malt. Flavor is similar, yet flavors aren't blending too well. Meh.

Yellowish pour white head. Some peach syrup flavor with banana and some oak. Medium body medium carbonation. Decent stuff.
