This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

Bottle pour hazy light gold. Nose slightly tart, some peach, light barrel, some mineral. Taste mix of fruit, tart, umami, and hint of barrel. Lighter spice on finish.

Pale gold color. White foamy ring on top. If you drank a pink of this you’d be sorry. It smells like white oak and white wine barrels and yeast. It tastes like a belgian ale and the peaches are hard to find through all the tinge of the dense yeast and the alcohol. I’m sure its awesome but for reasons I cannot understand. Needless to mention it burns, or warms, depending on your outlook, on the way down. It even finishes dry for all you winos. I think the name is how you behave after drinking this... like a brainless peach. Wait, oh. Did I get that wrong? No.

Opened this bottle, poured into a snifter a peach colored liquid with a soft and off-white head. The head barely covered the surface of my beer. The first sip carries notes of peach, and that pie crust dough. Good beer, the champagne yeast adds a bit and a very high ABV carries it through.

"this was 11.6ish abv. Too high in my opinion, as the sugary sweetness and thick body of the beer were both distracting. Less fruity and less tart than the Raspberry, which I liked better. Enjoyable, sure, but has big faults and costs too much for an ok diabetes beer."

651 ml. bottle. Release #45. SLC #1605. ABV 11.1%. Pours a thin, poorly retained white head over a mildly effervescent, clear, orange amber (SRM 8) body.....nose is cereal, light peach, light vinous hints, light hop spice.....taste is slightly sweet to start, then light peach, slightly woody, pepper, finishing dry, with mild hop bitterness.....mouth feel, light body, alcohol heat present, carbonation high, with creaminess and moderate tingling acid finish. The peach was used with a light hand, as was the barrel. The result is subtle complexity in both aroma and flavor. This beer is quite sneakily dangerous, with the partially hidden, but exquisitely high alcohol content. Think of it as a fruit toned Belgian Golden Strong, although it really is a wood aged fruit beer. BJCP 7/3/14/4/7

A very interesting peach. Pours a super clear yellow. Smells of white wine. Taste has lots of Chardonnay, with a bit of peach at the finish. Had on tap at the brewery.

Looks nice but no head is a downer. This is an OK Belgian. It’s fruity although you can’t detect which fruit is imparted. It’s suppose to be peaches but I couldn’t detect any specific peach flavor. It’s sneaky big. Not worth $13 a bopper. Won’t buy again but glad I tried it once. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap - hazy gold with a soapy lace - nose is funky peach skin, light oak and a fair amount of Chardonay character - flavor is subtle, with very well-masked alcohol, making it pretty dangerous - there is some warmth in the finish, but this is very light - surprisingly dry, with the white wine and oak being most prominent - the peach character is present, but subtle, adding a mild sweetness and a touch of earthy fruit skin - finish is pretty much all subtle oak and Chardonay - I like it.
