3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Med Golden color. Malty sweet nose with peaches, oranges and a touch of buscuit. Mouth is smooth, malty a touch sweet, very quaffable and easy to drink for a 10% beer. Lingering peaches, dusty finish. This dangerously drinkable, well made and enjoyable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber. Thanks to Albert of AQ. Mild yeastiness, very fresh fruity nose. Pretty hazy orangeish color. Mild initial; the peaches are not apparent until the finish. Thin body. Very pleasant stuff.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Rlelease #5...pours a hazy honey color with a medium white head. Aroma has light fruity/wheaty notes...peach is there but subtle. Peach is more forward in the flavor...sweet and bready with an earthy bitter note that is citrusy/grassy. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with a fruity finish.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at Craig’s tasting 16th Oct 2012
Light brilliant golden, soft haze, not much head
Aroma - light nose..where’s the alcohol?..generally light aroma of pale malts
Taste - soft belgian yeasts, sott fruity pale caramel malts, really easy going, nice fruity apricot
Palate - medium carb, thinnish body, very light, nice soft peach malts, bit of booze only shows itself in the tail of the finish
Overall - This is really nice soft fruity mellow belgian ale with a surprisingly subdued nose. Alcohol is so well hidden in this though.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Release #3. 22oz bomber aged the better part of a year. Holds up quite exceptionally. Unfiltered bright orange. Lively effervescent carbonation. The peach really holds the beer together, connecting the upfront vinous Chardonnay and big malt undertones. Nice pleasant peach aroma, impressive for the massive ABV. A touch alcohol forward, but I would have guessed this was less than 9%. Solid, unique creation.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light head, clear yellow light body. Firm furry start. Gentle underneath smells like a dessert wine. Soft. Peaches on the palate obviously but also some more dominant apricot. Pleasant. Unbelievably gentle and civilised for such ABV content.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at Craig’s. Release #10. Or #16. Or #18. Almost clear orange yellow, thin white bubbly head. Nice soft apricot yoghurt, soft blood orange, creamy malt nose. Big peach flavour, soft caramel malts, nice juicy orange, more yoghurt flavours, again light juicy orange, nice warm malt booze. Doesn’t reveal its alcohol weight until the very end. Soft peaches and light lacto-esque bitter finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow with thinner white head. Smell is white grapes, citrus, yeast, tangy, crips. Taste is white wine/grapes, subtle spice, yeast, citrus, slightly tart peach, medium sweetness. Decently dry. Really quite nice and highly drinkable for the ABV. No detectable booze.
