3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
22oz bomber poured into a Bruery tulip glass. Pours a hazy golden color with a bubbly head that leaves a hint of lacing. Aroma is peach, oak and some hint of spice. Taste is peach spice, like a peach cobbler, oak and a slight alcohol burn. This almost behaves like a cider but more complex.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Odd looking neon orange beer with a thin white head that disappears immediately. Sweet-musky nose of soap, wax, and something fruity thatís hard to pin down. Flavor is much less nebulous with a bright sour yeast opening followed by a strong sweetness that could be peach, and ending with a slight lingering bitterness. The fruity sweet flavors kind of overpower everything. I like Epic beers, but this one is not one of their strongest.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Belgian beers infused with fruit are nothing new, but Iím used to dark fruit (plum, prune, currant), tangy fruit (cherry, raspberry), or vinous grape pairings. Combining a Belgian style with a sweet stone fruit like peach is an unusual but smart idea. While Brainless on Peaches has the golden appearance of Saison, the fizzy body and lack of head make it more like a Sour. Aroma has funk, peach, and champagne. Flavor is decidedly unique. Crisp malt and earthy yeast strike first. Then, peach sweetness takes the reigns and rides off into the sunset. Brainless on Peaches is odd in a good way. Love the name, too.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A- Subtle funk, peaches, wheat, slightly tart.
A- Orange color, hazy liquid, minimal head.
T- Peaches, apricots, slightly tart, funk, barnyard, wheat, champagne.
P- Medium body, average texture, medium high carbonation, slightly tart finish.
O This was really incomparable to anything Iíve had before. The peach is certainly there and very natural tasting. A little bit of funk in there as well. Felt more like a saison mixed with champagne but it grew on me.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
8th May 2015: in a flight of six at the excellent Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano, Orange County, Golden pour with a wispy white head. Mild citrus aroma and taste with a mango like flavour, more so than any peach notes. Different but not really my thing. Glad I tried it though.
