This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

Botlle shared by deyholla... Thanks Derek! P ims hazy straw gold with a white head that dissipated with no lacing. N is lots of citrus wheat apricot and peaches. Sweet and tasty but too much wheat to be refreshing.

#Release Number 3. Many thanks to the legend of beer the purveyor of craft the man of metal the man of leather madmitch76! Golden appearance. Well carbonated. Aroma is Pinot red wine, barnyard funk, brett, peach tart, floral notes and spruce. Taste is peach tart, funk, lemons, citric juice, very hidden coriander. A truly marvellous beer. Not over the top. Great depth. Nice!

On tap. Clear golden color with white head. Ripe peach, spicy yeast, honey malt aromas. Light to medium bodied with average co2. Nice fruity, sweet n’ spicy flavors with a lightly sweet pale maltage---spicy alcohol warming finish---very tasty

Poured hazy golden color with no head to speak of. Aroma of peaches mixed with a slightly boozy note. Body is full and lightly syrupy, with an astringent finish. Flavor of peach with a mild woody note underneath. Touches of lemon and nutty malt as well.

Above average yeasty concoction. Yeasty with some peach aroma. Drinkable stuff, with a little tart fruity finish.

Draft at Special Brews. Soft, slight hazed yellow, small ring head. Waxy fruit aroma, blonde body. Bite of yeast and white wine, but waxy fruit and vanilla seed dominate. Smooth body, alc rather well hidden, ripe fruit undertones. Not a favorite.

Appearance: translucent yellow color with white head head dissolves slightly quickly but it is nice when poured - not a lot of lacing left on glass Aroma: smell peach when poured sour slightly funky smell sweet Taste: slightly funky sour peach taste, taste like wine or chanpagne very fizzy Palette: a little tart and bitter at end light body Overall: this beer has a great flavor profile and is very interesting - it really taste like wine rather than a beer I am very surprised ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from bottle, pours a clear dark gold with bubbly white head and spotty lacing in the glass, the aroma is what you would expect, lots of peaches and sweet fruit with a touch of funk and belgian yeast, the flavor has a peachy and fruit front end with a spice like finish with a little bit of dryness from the wine coming through, I rather enjoyed it, guilty pleasure I suppose.

Bomber- Really pale golden (almost clear) color. Pours bubbly but quickly dissipates. Very, very faint smell of peaches. Not sure what to say about the taste- a sort of pleasant, explosion of sweet and bitter along with the the sensation of booze on your tongue and down the throat.
