This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

On tap. Pours a hazy golden with a clingy white head. Rich ripe peach and yeast aromas. Spritzy peach upfront, but massive heat from alcohol kills the taste. Astringent burning finish. I like plenty of high alcohol brews but in this case the high ABV ruins this beer, which would have been likely been very nice at 6-7%. Other Brainless beers have been much better.

Pours a clear copper orange with frothy white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is a mix of bread, brown sugar and dried peaches and even apricots. Flavor is dried peaches, whole wheat homemade bread and brown sugar and subtle raisin notes. Body is creamy but with active carbonation to lighten the feel on the palate. Coats the mouth but swallows clean with just a light aftertaste of alcohol

on tap at slows bar bq, detroit. hazy, almost cloudy pale golden with a small white cap showing minimal retention and lacing. subtle yet upfront peaches in syrup aroma, otehr fruity notes - golden raisins and small yellow fruits, fairly peppery and spicy - belgian yeast action, honeyed malts with their sugars, bit of wood, underlying chocolate vanilla cake notes (!). moderately low carbonation, light body - oily and sugary, bittering herbal-grassy and slightly astringent finish. ok.

Golden with big fluffy head. Lots if Belgian yeast aroma, light peaches, but very light. Taste is white wine, very faint peach, light wood. It’s ok, peaches could be more prominent for my liking

Draft - Peaches, raw oak and sweet yeast. Clear gold with a thin white head. Boozy, sweet Belgian yeast with peaches prominent. Boozy and estery as with Belgians, which I am not a huge fan of.

Bottle. Release 1. Pours a cloudy yellow with frothy off white head. The aroma is strong funk and peach. Thin mouthfeel with light tart peach and oak with nice light dry finish. Easy to drink, very good.

5oz taster at Denver pubroom - golden bright yellow color, clear. Innocuous smell, hard to pin down. Wild taste, tons of flavor, I can taste the white wine, sour a little bit. Oak-y woody flavor is present too. Apt description up top. Bonus points for creativity, what a weird beer.

Light taste of peach on the back of the tongue. Light and fast champagne carbonation with an after taste of of the same. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
