2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap. Pours a hazy golden with a clingy white head. Rich ripe peach and yeast aromas. Spritzy peach upfront, but massive heat from alcohol kills the taste. Astringent burning finish. I like plenty of high alcohol brews but in this case the high ABV ruins this beer, which would have been likely been very nice at 6-7%. Other Brainless beers have been much better.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured into a teku showing well filtered yellow peach color and no head.
The nose is similar to a weizen - banana, cloves, with hints of peaches and oak.
The palate is moderately carbonated and light bodied. Flavors show strong round malts with a background of peaches. As it warms on the palate, the peach flavors become more overt and intense. A strong alcohol but zesty spiciness throughout and on the linger. Malts appear on the finish. The oak chardonnay flavors appear in background in a very subtle manner.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 oz. bottle thanks to Willrunforbeer. Release number 33. It is a honey gold color without head. Aroma is peach upfront, sugar and pale malts.
Flavor does display the peach in the foreground with a good grain bill with some unfermented sugar. A very mild warming of alcohol with booze showing mildly. Mouthfeel is almost champagne like with a nice feel.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, large format. Hazy golden orange color with a small white head. The aroma is peaches, Belgian yeast, and noble hops. Somewhat Belgian flavor, medium fruit, medium sweet. Hides the booze well. Medium-plus body with average carbonation. A bruiser. Good but not great.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear golden yellow from the bomber with thin bubbly white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of big brett funk and sweet stone fruit notes. Taste is more toward the fruit with sweet vanilla oak tannins, more saison than funk. Booze is well hidden, great beer.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Wow surprised by this one. Not much peaches flavor but not disappointed!there was subtle peach aroma sitting atop a super light Belgian. How itís 10 percent abv and goes down to easily is an art in brewing.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: clear medium gold, one finger of rocky white head diminishing gradually to a thin cap, moderate lacing. (4/5) Aroma: peaches, white grape, oak, Belgian yeast, earth. (7/10) Taste: moderate-high sweet, moderate bitter, moderate tart. (7/10) Medium-light body, lively carbonation, drying tart finish. (3/5)
The peaches are not as emphatic as one might expect. In fact, Iím finding just as much vinous grape and oak character as peach, presumably due to the chardonnay barrel aging. Thatís not to say the peach is completely absent, and it seems to grow somewhat as it warms, but itís certainly more on the subtle side, than overt. That said, it seems like pretty much everything in here gets a bit more complex and interesting as it warms, so be sure not to drink this too cold. The combination of peach fruit flavour and the vinous oak almost makes this taste like a saison, as opposed to a standard BSPA. And itís much, much better than their cherry. (14/20)

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pale gold body with a frothy, white head, diminishing. Aroma of peach, oak, toasted grain, light mustiness, pineapple. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter and lightly to moderately acidic. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of peaches and oak with light peppery alcohol in the finish. Nice balance among sweetness, bitterness and acidity. Enjoyed this one.

Yeasty slightly sour fruity aroma. Pours a hazy honey yellow with no head. Yeast, sweet with some sour/tart hints. Peach (obviously). Very smooth.
