On tap 12 oz. pour into a New Belgium globe glass. Pours a slightly hazy pinkish golden color with a medium sized head that leaves ok lacing. Smells of raspberry, Belgian yeast, peppery, and a funky sour smell. Tastes of the same things in the smell with the peppery raspberry flavor being the forefront then a slightly sour aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium and chewy with good carbon and a semi dry finish. Petty good fruit/sour beer I like how all the flavors and ingredient played off each other. Very well done.

Rich deep ruby and brown coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of pure raspberries, icing sugar, alcohol, figs, raisins and a lot of roasted malt - nice and very strong fruit smelling throughout. Medium to Full-bodied; Rich deep raspberry flavour at first with a deep flavour of figs, earth, chocolate and even a good earthy malt quality as well. Aftertaste shows all the sour raspberry flavour you may expect and a very rich sweetness, malty character and even some subdued roasty and earthy characteristics that you may not expect to find. Overall, the complexity is there, the sourness is there and the very rich fruit flavour coupled with alcohol is definitely there - a great beer and I’m happy to have sampled this! I sampled this snifter on draught at Mellow Mushroom in Denver, Colorado on 08-June-2014 for US$6.00.

On draught at Bailey’s Taproom. Light cherry amber color. Aroma is raspberry, light yeast, and oak. Taste is pear, raspberry, lightly tart yeast, and bubblegum. Hides the alcohol well and the raspberry is present but not overpowering.

Sample at the tap room in Denver. Clear reddish-orange color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of raspberries, spice and wheat. Medium to full body with a slightly funky raspberry character and flavors of spiced wheat and malt. The finish is moderately tart with a raspberry aftertaste. Above average overall.

Pours a dark pink, like the color of grapefruit, with a short-lasting pink head. Has a wonderfully sweet aroma of raspberries. Flavor is also sweet raspberries, and a little tart. Incredibly flavorful and delicious.

On tap...very refreshing, crisp raspberry ale with a great balance between the tart and sweet fruit flavors. ABV well hidden. Compares favorably to Short’s Soft Parade.

Bottle courtesy of Andrew shared with Andrew and Brendan. Pours a deep, clear ruby red with nice pinkish, white lacing. Aroma is alcohol heat and raspberries. Mouthfeel is slightly hot with notes of raspberry candies - twiddled comes to mind - and raspberry medicine. The alcohol burn takes away from the palate.
