3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour: A deep bronze, rich bronze off-white head, with nice lacing all the way to finish, leaving the history of each drink on the glass. Nose: strong fresh hop, pine, slight yeast doughiness. Taste: mouthfeel a bit soapy, dry pinyon hop taste, sticky sweet pale malt, and grapefruit. Really like the hoppy freshness of this pale.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance: hazy pale amber with two fingers of rocky light tan head, good retention and patchy lacing. (4/5) Aroma: resiny pine, citrus, caramel malt, lightly nutty. (8/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (8/10) Medium-light body tending a little to the watery, moderate carbonation, lingering finish. (4/5)
Nicely done APA. Heck, it would be fine as an IPA, except for the slightly light body. No tricks, no gimmicks, just a straight-up, hop-forward pale. Well worth trying. (16/20)

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very well done beer. Nothing too crazy but an easy sipper with a well balanced profile. Pours a bright golden yellow with a finger of dense white head. Light carbonation in the body with an aroma of light citrus and floral hops, a pinch of spice and a light toasted malt base. Very well balanced with a medium body, crisp and moderately bitter finish. Well done

650ml bottle (release #79, 6.7%alc/vol) pours a copper color with a finger and a half of off-white head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus and caramel with some hints of pine. Taste is a citrus and light pine hop bitterness with a light fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation that satisfies the palate.
