COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper Cone Pale Ale is a special offering, aroma rich, pale ale that may vary the hops, malts and even sometime the yeast used. Typically this beer is an “over the top” Pale Ale with a deep copper color and loads of dry hopping going into each batch. The fresh hop aroma of this beer makes it a stand out. Stronger in alcohol and body than CAPT’N CROMPTON’S PALE ALE and appeals to beer aficionados.

Ampolla 65cl. APA molt ben feta i molt ben equilibrada. No es excessivament amarga sense perdre la personalitat d’ American Pale Ale.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours opaque copper with a fizzy off white head. Tastes like mellow citrus hops, light grapefruit, caramel, light lemon, and cracker malt. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like light citrus, light caramel, and light nutty malt.

On tap at the Denver brewery. Dark orange, light amber and pretty clear appearance with an off-white head and light lacing. Aroma of light hop resin, pine, floral notes and citrus fruits. Similar flavor, medium resinous hop bitterness and light malty sweetness. Medium body with soft carbonation and a light dry finish. A nice hoppy, yet easy drinking pale ale.

Release #12. 12 oz. can from Supermarket Liquors. Appearance: 2 finger white head, straw gold color, clear, good lacing. Aroma:pine, grass, caramel, light sweet caramel, metallic. Palate: light body, average carbonation, bitter finish, slightly sticky. Taste: light sweet caramel into slightly watery and metallic with some metallic astringency and pine bitterness coming into a mild bitter finish. The metallic taste is obviously intentional, so it is well done. Very enjoyable and unique. Drinkable.

Easily one of the best PAs I’ve had. My can’s clocking in at 5.2% ABV. Here’s what I get. Flavorful beyond words for this style as well as for this ABV, and an incredibly amazing malt backbone. Highly recommended. My rating reflects the style and the ABV.

A good smooth pale ale. Pours a bright orange. Smells a bit of tropical fruit. Taste is tropical fruit upfront with a slight hoppiness in the finish, but very well balanced. Had on tap at the brewery.
