COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest in terms of alcohol comes in at 4.8% by volume so that malt can dominate the flavor profile. Caramel sweet malt all over the palate with a noticeable “jumping just over the barrier” citrus hop aroma. Surprisingly refreshing for such a malt driven ale. Truly and all season American Amber.

Thanks IBrew2or3 for the share. Pours opaque brown with an off-white head. Nose is malt, bread, slight tobacco and light hops. Flavor is similar: malt, bread, light hops and some light tobacco. Light to medium body and not bad overall.

Courtesy of douglas88. Pours copper with white head and some spotty lacing. The aroma has pine hops, some malts, a touch of toffee and faint graininess. The taste initially is an even mix of pine hops and sweet malts and then moving toward grapefruit hops bitterness. This is a nice hoppy amber.

22 oz. bomber from Epic Brewing in SLC poured into a goblet. Appearance: Clear amber brew with a quickly dissipating one fingered light tan head. Beautiful color, light lacing. Aroma: I get a toasty caramel smell, with a slight alcohol accent. A little hops in the nose. Taste: While I prefer hoppier beers, this one is that I would drink again. It has a very nice sweet malty character. There is just enough hops to create a good balance. Palate: This is a light to medium bodied beer. The texture is best described as also light, with the carbonation adding just the right amount of acidity. The finish is also middling, not as long as some strong IPAs, but does not fade away quickly either. Overall: This is simply not my favorite style of beer. That being said, I can tell that it is well made, and I would drink this one again.

22oz Bomber – Epic Brewing – Salt Lake City, UT
Aroma – Mild malt aroma. Fruity and floral hops in the nose.
Appearance – Amber in color, clear, with a thin head.
Flavor – Rish amber malt roasty flavor. The hops balanced well. Good caramel flavors and slight nut.
Palate – Dry finish with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall – My First Epic Brew this was great I can’t wait to try more. Great amber.

Bomber. Poured clear medium amber with a nice cap of darker beige head. The aroma picked up sweet nutty notes and caramel with accents of earth and dry pine needles.. just a little bit too green as it warmed up, but well done. The flavor found dry nutty and caramel malts again at the core.. fresh bitterness accented and picked up pine and green apples.. finished with toasted nutty notes very lightly dusted by cocoa. Lighter-bodied and delightfully dry for the style.. fine use of hops too.. very easy drinkin’!

22oz bottle from Epic Brewing
Appearance: Slightly hazy dark amber with a small white head and some lacing
Aroma: Sweet pale malts, caramel
Taste: Pale malts with some citrus hop bite
A nice session beer, maybe a little sweet to be a lawnmower beer. Very good. clean and crisp on the palate.

22 ounce bottle thanks to Craig for hooking this up. Pours a dark amber color with a medium off-white head. The aroma is sweet caramel malts, musty. The flavor is nice and smooth; rich sweet caramel, light bitter hops, light citrus, dry malts. Smooth and very nice.
