3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22, Thanks Shawn! Pours a cloudy medium amber with a dense and creamy white head. Nose is a great combination of dandelion greens, minerals, and a light orange peel tang. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Caramel, dandelions, mineral, and oranges on the mid palate. Long, settling tangy finish.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22oz Bottle pours out crisp and clean light golden topped with a small soap ring head. Aroma of sweetness, green apple, brett, and toast. Taste is more of the green apples and brett. This was a great gift from my lovely wife. Along with my 7th RB aniv. today I had to at least put in a review.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Golden in color with not much head. Smells of a tart crisp apple with some funk. Tastes of white wine and tart apples, plus the brett. Love this beer!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Release #2, 22 oz. Bottle. Pours a clear straw with a half finger of white head. Really does not look like your average brett beer. Aroma is moderately funky, barnyard, fruity, with hints of wine. Flavor is mildy sour up front, building slightly. Fades into tart apple, pear, and wheat. Slightly oaky, bitter, fruity, alcoholic finish that lingers momentarily. Moderate carbonation and medium body, with a slightly oily, astringent, warm finish. This beer does a good job masking the alcohol but i am not a fan of the finish, not quite as clean as I’d have hoped. A pretty good sour, glad I was able to try it.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(Release #2; 9.5% ABV) This beer starts off with a big funky aroma, with notes of white wine, green apples, and lemon. It pours a light golden with a big white head. The flavor is an interesting one, it starts off with a slight sweetness to it, which then fades to a watery tartness. Very light mouthfeel, and alcohol not detectable at all. A very solid offering, I just wish it had a little more body to it. I’ll be grabbing some more of this to stash in the cellar.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz bottle. Clear golden color, minimal white head. Small bits of loose lace. Really oaky, tart white wine nose. Good light tart taste. Hint of cheese in the nose? Good lighter body, medium crisp carbonation, dry finish. Abv is very well hidden, does not taste like the 9.5% that this is labeled as.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Batch 2 bottle. Pours dark, clear gold. Not much head on this one. Slight fruity, sweet, tangy aroma. Taste is tart, crisp, watery. Fades real fast leaving an acetyl taste behind.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Clear and yellow. Tart and earthy/musty Brett aroma. Some sourness in the flavor, but not as much as in the aroma--plus some malty sweetness, which comes through more in the finish. A lot of earthy and bitter flavor, too, and fruity flavor (pear-ish).

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Late night bottle, served just below room temp. Thanks Dallas! Pour is a crystal clear honey gold, with a spare white head and minimal lacing. Unfortunately, I get a lot of the scary "vomit beer" from Crooked Stave in this one. Lots of stomach acid, isobutyric acid, isovalaric acid, parm cheese, etc. I also get some aged hops, Belgian yeast phenols, and the like. Overripe fruit tries to push though more in the taste which is pretty nice, but really is overwhelmed by the flavors of a day old binge on shitty adjunct lager. I see what this beer is striving to be, and am trying to enjoy it for that, but it really doesn’t do it for me. No real saision spice, etc. to speak of. Oh well.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber. Poured ever-so-slightly hazy light golden with a short white head. The aroma was bright with fruity Brett, some funky notes, and a hint of cherry leading.. oak and subtle Chardonnay notes around.. lemon zest and a little peppery warmth right on the back of the nose.. engaging and well-balanced. The flavor found soft bready notes at the core, with tart lemon zest, funky fruit (more apricot than anything else), dry oak, and vinous notes around.. finished tart, but not overly-so, with a lot of the barrel plus some white spices and floral notes. Medium-bodied and well-carbonated on the palate.. good feel and flow.. very good brew!
