Bomber courtesy of douglas88, thanks man! It pours amber with copper to gold hues and thin off white head. The mild aroma has some sweetness as well as smooth smoky rauch maltiness. The taste begins with soft smooth sweet dark fruity esters and sweet maltiness that quickly run into some bacon and smoke that cause sort of a peat like sensation. It stays pretty much the same right into the finish. Tasty balanced brew.

Pours a nice burnt copper/orange color with a thick two fingered white head. The nose is of caramel, bread, citrus, pine, smoke and some whiskey notes. The taste starts smooth and malty with a nice toffee and nutty maltiness. Next come notes of smoke and whiskey. The finish has some lingering toffee.

This rating done when bottle about a year old (had this when it was new as well). Deep copper, clear, off white head. Aroma of bready and slightly sweet malt with some toffee and carmelized sugar notes, smokiness from the cherrywood smoked malt. Flavor similar to aroma with malty balance, some toffee notes, a little smokiness, some nice very light tobacco/leather notes in this year-old bottle. Very enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber from the brewpub. Mike Hahn is a great brewer so this is a cool idea. Pours a dark ruby color with a small white head. The aroma is rich sweet malty and fruity elements, earthy and some brown malt. The flavor is a rich mix of berries, caramel, lots of strawberry, dusty and fairly dry, a smooth solid Scotch Ale. It comes across as a tad bit thin perhaps, but otherwise a great new offering. Some smokiness here, I believe they used some smoked malts, but not a ton of smoke.
