3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Oooo man. Light amber, small bubbly head that rings. Holy shit what a savage first 10 minutes put out by the Oilers vs the Stars. Malty biscuit, apricot, Rrgf, pineapple juice, maybe some caramel. The aroma dropped off big time but I still like. Slight flowery tropical note. Good taste - it’s got power but power that is under control. Huge hops balanced well with the same malts I found in the aroma. The grapefruit is in the twilight Zone between ruby red and unsweetened, perfume, Nelson memories, tropical, citrus goodness, last sip shows some spice. I dig. I think Armageddon was better, different beers.

Bottle. Pours a gold colour with a white head, the aroma is all passion fruit, bitter hoppy taste with a dry fruity finish.

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
An essential double IPA, in my mind it is the best out there. Very strong citrus/floral aromas and strong hoppy notes on the tongue. Very clean aftertaste in comparison to other beers of this alcohol volume. Brilliant.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Clear deep gold body, small white foam.
Restrained nose; passionfruit & citrus hop. Plenty of toasty, light caramel malt.
Rich on the palate, moderate carbonation, somewhat thick & chewy, oily sensation lingers.
Hits home harder on the body - plenty of golden syrup & pale malt sweetness to pave way for big hop flavours of guava, pepper, ripe rockmelon, passionfruit. Strong bitterness to finish.
The abv of this is somewhat an afterthought! Serious stuff - a great showcase of Kiwi hops!

Det som var riktigt bra med denna DIPAn var balansen, både i smaken och kroppen.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Inte så ipig! Rätt lugn smakar som en vanlig ipa, inget speciellt men inget direkt fel på den heller.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Little carbonation. Beautiful floral aroma. Smell of mango among the citrus. Despite hinting at being tangy the mouthfeel is quite gentle. Again the mango comes through in taste. Pleasant finish, not too bitter.

500ml bottle from Good Spirits Co. Orange amber, yellowish head. Mango pineaple & hop aroma. Again mango & tropical fruit flavour. Strong alcohol hop and mango aftertaste. Very good but a bit too strong for me.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
500 ml bottle "CONTAINS APPROX 3.4 STANDARD DRINKS" Allrighty then. Mostly clear bright orange, fading off-white foam kind of lasts. Pungent aroma of tropical fruity Kiwi hops and citrus zest. Absolutely delicious tropical fruity Kiwi hop taste, solid soft sweet malts, some caramel and evergreen, a bit boozy. Softer than average carbonation, medium-full bodied, aggressively hopped. Damn good. NFL (Not For Lagerboys) Perhaps I will change my username to NZ-IPAboy.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, pours golden and clear. Good nose, grapefruit/passion fruit also some pine. Same type of thing going on the palate as well but with a hint of caramel sweetness, not the longest finish.
