3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Vienna Whole Foods. Pours a thin hazy orange-yellow with fluffy white head. Very sweet when it first hits the tongue, but bitter hops quickly come through, though not quite enough bitterness to balance out the sweetness. A lot of cararmel malt here as well. Finish is very hoppy and earthy and bit overpowering. Some alcohol as well. Not a particularly well balanced beer.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Cloudy gold with a bubbly ring head. Aromas of musty citrus and cleaning ammonia. Yikes, Iíve had better IPAís. Flavors of a sweaty t-shirt that was left in the locker. Lots of carbonation and it leaves kind of an off-taste in the mouth. Mediocre.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22oz bomber. Release #10. Now hereís a DIPA I can really enjoy. The brewery didnít feel obligated to boost the alcohol just because itís a DIPA, and I salute them for it. Nice hazy peach pour with a good head and great lacing. Nose is pine and citrus with a hint of bread. Taste recapitulates the nose and throws in a little malt to round things out. The alcohol does rear its head right at the end., but itís not too strong. Mouthfeel is smooth and slightly oily - just the way I like it. Finish starts out fruity and then elevates to a long-lasting bitterness. Iíll buy more of this.

3.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
This is a nice high alcohol IPA. The beer has a very nice aroma of flowers and sweetness. The taste follows with a very sweet palate that is pleasant with good body and a enjoyable hop taste that lingers.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
The beer pours a hazy, rusty, goldenrod color with a full, eggshell, creamy, fluffy head which is mostly lasting and leaves, soapy, sticky lace. The nose is a bit bland for the style, light floral, candied orange, slight spicy resin, and a light cardboard note. The flavor is similar with some floral and spicy resins, candied oranges, tangerine, and still a slight cardboard with a nearly high bitterness. The palate is medium, lively, and silky. The beer finishes still with faint cardboard, tangerine, and the resinous bitterness lingering. Truthfully I thought the beer was well put together for the style with a very pleasant bitterness, but the cardboard and the fact that it seemed a bland do not sit well with me. I have been less than impressed with this new brewery, but I am looking forward to some different styles from them.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, release #10: Pours a clear deep golden brass with a spotty-lacing white head. Has a fairly fresh grapefruit and piny hop nose with some light pale malty sweetness. Starts with pretty good fullness and chewy light malty sweetness with a touch of floral honey before giving way to an assertive hoppy balance of bitterness and citrus flavor. Finishes semi-sweet and hides its alcohol well. Seems a little bit under-attenuated, but still a pretty good double-IPA.

Bottle - Release #10 - 8.3% ABV. Murky orange amber pour with a short, beige head. Strong citrus (candied orange, especially), spicy hops and pine in the nose. Also there are orange oils, sweet malt, caramel, light pine, and spicy and earthy hops. Body is medium with a strong, dense carbonation. Ends with more orange, candied orange, hops resins, light pine, caramel and spicy hops.
